Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Golf Gloves
- Hats & Visors
- Clothes (unless tags are intact and unworn)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging
- Ship the item back to our warehouse at: Returns Department

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item you’d like in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Additional shipping charges may apply for size/color exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
